At zFrontier, we strive to ensure your mechanical keyboards and premium peripherals exceed expectations; however, if you are not satisfied, we offer a 15-day return window for items in their original packaging.

Return Process

    Contact our support team via the 'My Orders' portal or email us with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

    Secure Packaging

    Carefully pack the item in its original zFrontier box, ensuring all keycaps, cables, and accessories are included to avoid restocking fees.

  • 3.
    Ship the Item

    Affix the provided shipping label or use a tracked courier service to send the package to our designated regional fulfillment center.

  • 4.
    Inspection & Refund

    Once our technicians verify the condition of the hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
